Faculty of Veterinary Medicine

It Gives me Great Pleasure to welcome you to the website of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Khartoum. Born to the University of Khartoum (1902) in 1938, it is one of the oldest veterinary faculties in Africa and the Middle East.

The Faculty is dedicated to qualifying future veterinarians, providing services to animal raisers, and conducting research to improve the health of animals as well as people.

Since then, the Faculty has evolved from a 3-department college to an institution of 10 departments at the present time.
